Welcome to the website of the project of Development of the Railway Station in Sopot, which is executed jointly by the Local Authorities of Sopot and PKP S.A., Poland's national railway company.

Development of the grounds around the railway station is to consist of creation of a new urban space in the most elegant part of Sopot, by construction of a retail and commercial complex comprising the rail station, a hotel and car parks, as well as extensive remodelling of traffic arrangements. The grounds of some 17 000 sqm that are available for investment are very attractive with tourists and lie in the centre of Sopot within the boundary of Podjazd, Kościuszki and Kolejowa Streets. It is the last such a large site remaining in Sopot that is available for development.

This project, which is so important to us, we plan to carry out with participation of a private partner. Given the location, the planned facilities for which the demand had been confirmed by research, and our experience in execution of projects with private partners, we expect that the project will be of interest to investors.
